Ios:
Ios is located at the south of Naxos and Santorini between Sikinos. It is a hilly island without cultivable parts of land and its coasts are composed of many small bays and three larger, Agia Theodora at the east, Kalamos at the southwest and Mylopotamos at the west. The island is known for its beautiful sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, the churches and the majestic landscapes of olive trees and vineyards.
During the ‘60s and ‘70s, the island's reputation was that is was a groovy hippy hangout, but this picture was equilibrated with the years although it is still considered the "party island" of the Cyclades, since every year young people from each country go there to have fun and make their presence apparent.
Paros:
Paros is the third largest Cycladic island after Naxos and Andros and gained considerable fame especially the last years. It is characterized by crystal clear waters, sandy beaches, exquisite examples of Cycladic architecture combined with the cosmopolitan lifestyle. The central and southeastern part of the island consists of hills and it is agricultural with many vineyards, and also produces the famous Parian marble. Paros offers all needed facilities for tourists and, therefore, high value vacations.
Naxos:
Naxos is the largest Cycladic island situated almost in the center of the Aegean Sea between Mykonos, Paros and Amorgos. It is the most fertile island of the Cyclades and tourists can admire the lush meadows stretching down to the large sandy beaches, the steep hills, rocky mountains, fertile valleys and springs that flow throughout the island. Naxos, apart from its agricultural production, is rich in minerals (marble, granite, emery). Guests can visit the picturesque villages, Venetian castles, and many archaeological and historical sites. The unique atmosphere of the island is mostly experienced in the Old Town, with its imposing churches and enigmatic Portara from where couples usually gaze at the romantic sunset. Generally, it is considered the most relaxed and quiet Cycladic island.
Mykonos:
Mykonos is an island of international fame as thousands of tourists visit it every year. It is situated between Tinos, Naxos and Syros and other than a crazy party island, it is picturesque with its white houses and the crystal clear waters of the Aegean. Tourists will experience the jagged coastline, impressive cliffs, old cottages, countless chapels, huge windmills and many more. The nightlife is also unique.
The island is a unique sample of Cycladic town planning and architecture. Finally, it is also an attraction for many intellectuals, politicians, artists, fashion designers, models, businessmen and tycoons photographers.
Anafi:
Anafi is a smaller and less cosmopolitan island at the east of Santorini but it is worth- visiting.
